    Strong waves caused by hurricane "Norbert" hit Mazatlan Port, in Sinaloa State, northwest Mexico, on Sept. 4, 2014. Hurricane "Norbert" will continue causing heavy rains in northwest and western Mexico, although it has not landed the country, the National Weather Service reported. (Xinhua/Juan Perez)
