Ukrainian beauty becomes 'head' of Chinese neighborhood (2)

Anna is a typical Ukrainian beauty. She came to study at Zhejiang Normal University in Jinhua, east China's Zhejiang province in 2001, married a Chinese husband, and settled down in the city thenceforth.

In November 2013, Anna was elected the head of her neighborhood's homeowners committee. Since then, she has spent much of her time outside managing her restaurant on this 4-building old neighborhood, her responsibilities ranging from dealing with "petty things" to neighborhood environment planning.
