Chen Suozhen is an ordinary sanitation worker with a minimum income, but what makes her extraordinary is her good deed of helping lost teenagers back to their normal lives. Chen is a 51-year-old monitor of a sanitation team in Hongshan District of Wuhan. Starting from 2007, she has had 15 "lost" teenagers - like a teenage girl who ran away from home and worked at illegal entertainment places, or a boy who fainted on the street out of starvation - back to her home, talked with and encouraged them to find a better way to live their lives. Now, these teenagers she once helped all have their own decent jobs and stable lives. In order to keep in touch with “her children”, Chen has learned to use the Internet, and even set up a group on QQ to share each others' lives. These teenagers all think of her as their own mother.
