China pledges 200 cooperation projects on marine development in next 5 years -- Chinese premier

UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang said here on Tuesday that China will carry out 200 marine development cooperation projects in the next five years to support small island developing states in enhancing their capacity for sustainable development.
Li made the remarks at a high-level meeting on the Global Development Initiative held by China on the sidelines of the general debate of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
