Senior CPC official meets president of Malaysia's Progressive Democratic Party

BEIJING, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Liu Jianchao, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with Tiong King Sing, president of Malaysia's Progressive Democratic Party and minister of tourism, arts and culture, on Monday in Beijing.

They exchanged views on implementing the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, strengthening inter-party exchanges and promoting bilateral tourism and cultural cooperation.
