Chinese FM says Ukraine crisis peace talks should begin as soon as possible

BEIJING, March 7 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang said Tuesday that what is needed now is calmness, reason and dialogue, and the process of peace talks should begin as soon as possible for the Ukraine crisis.
