BEIJING, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- The 13th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, now has a total of 2,953 deputies, according to the NPC Standing Committee.
The figure was made public Sunday in an announcement issued by the NPC Standing Committee.
