BEIJING, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said Thursday that China has invested accumulative fiscal funds of nearly 1.6 trillion yuan (about 246 billion U.S. dollars) into poverty alleviation over the past eight years.
