BEIJING, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday stressed firmly safeguarding the United Nations (UN)-centered international system and upholding the sanctity and authority of international rules so as to enhance global governance on the environment.
Xi made the remarks at the UN Summit on Biodiversity.
