In order to release the influence from the epidemic situation of Novel Coronavirus for tenants, Pu'er state-owned property operating company deducts one-quarter rental for leasing merchants. The reduction and exemption amount reached RMB 565,000, which accounts for about 25％ of rental income of such company in 2020.

Previously, Pu'er Ke'en Group · South Asia Science and Technology Pioneering Park announced that one-month rental is exempted for all pioneering enterprises in Park on Feb. 2. The rent-free period is from Jan. 31 to Feb. 29, and the rent-free amount is about RMB 0.68 million.
