On September 5th, the Science and Technology Department of Yunnan Province released the inspection results of the Yunnan provincial sustainable development experimental zone. Nine provincial sustainable development experimental zones, including that in Simao, Pu'er city passed.

The Yunnan provincial experimental zone focuses on cracking the key bottlenecks that restrict Yunnan's sustainable development, integrates various types of innovative resources, strengthens the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, explores and improves institutional mechanisms and provides systematic solutions to promote coordinated development of economic construction and social undertakings, creating a set of sustainable development realistic models that can be replicated and promoted.
