BEIJING, May 29 (Xinhua) -- The State Council, China's cabinet, announced the appointment and removal of several officials Wednesday.
Luo Zhaohui was appointed vice minister of foreign affairs to replace Kong Xuanyou.
He Jianzhong was removed from the post of vice minister of transport.
Ma Zhengqi no longer serves as deputy head of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
Li Wei was removed from the post of the director of the Development Research Centre of the State Council.
