    (People's Daily Online)    09:17, May 28, 2019

A study tour, a trip, a visit… The charming landscape and lovely people of China have brought many unforgettable memories to those who visit. China has changed enormously since its reform and opening-up, and more foreigners now choose to live and travel in China.

Departing from Xishuangbanna, Amy Lyons came to Pu’er, Yunnan Province, the major production area of the famous Pu’er Tea in China. Spring is the busiest time of year for the tea industry, while it’s also the harvest season for “the king of Tea”, Lao Ban Zhang. Let’s follow Amy and learn more about how Pu’er tea is produced, and how it goes from leaves on the tree to the Pu’er tea we drink!
