On the morning of July 30, the launch ceremony of Laohekou City under Xiangyang "Civilization Creation Paves the Way for Civilized City and Volunteerism Lightens Civilized City" volunteer service themed activity was held on the Anti-Japanese Square. Nearly 300 volunteers from Laohekou City attended the initiation ceremony.

It is heard that in the coming days, in order to create a national civilized city, these volunteers will be engaged in the service environment improvement and civilized traffic persuasion.
