The temperature dropped to -33 degree Celsius in Huzhong District, northeastern China’s Heilongjiang province, on Nov. 21. It is also called the “coldest town” of China because the low can drop to -53.2C in urban areas. The icy temperature has whitened the town into a fairyland.
