On September 4, the groundbreaking ceremony of Xi'an's third lots of major projects for expanding effective investment in 2017 was held in Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ).
According to statistics, nine projects were inaugurated that day, with a total investment of 8.388 billion yuan and a planned annual investment of 1.922 billion yuan.
