On August 30, the Preliminary Assessment Group of National 5A Tourist Attractions of the Hubei Provincial Committee on Tourist Attraction Rating spoke highly of the leap of Ancient Longzhong Scenic Spot at the preliminary assessment debriefing, announcing that Ancient Longzhong has passed the assessment.

The selection of national 5A tourist attractions includes nine steps: Provincial preliminary assessment, resource and landscape quality review, task fulfillment, provincial preliminary examination and recommendation, data examination and verification, secret inquiries, open investigation, publicity and announcement release. Ancient Longzhong Scenic Spot has passed the fourth step and will meet the final review of the National Committee on Tourist Attraction Rating next.
