Chinese President Xi Jinping is holding a press conference at the Yanqi Lake International Convention Center, where 29 heads of state and government are meeting on the second and final day of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
The media briefing comes after the Leaders' Roundtable. "The Belt and Road Initiative originates from China, but belongs to the whole world," Xi said at the beginning of the meeting.
The two-day event is the highest-level forum on the Belt and Road Initiative since the Chinese president first raised the concept in 2013.
