On March 11, the 1st Hot Air Balloon Carnival & Jietou Rape Flower Sea Air Wedding took place in a 150,000-mu sea of rape flowers at the foot of Gaoligong Mountain in Jietou Town, Tengchong City, Yunnan Province. 16 newlyweds from across the country and Myanmar tied the knot in a sea of rape flowers, rode hot air balloons, and made prayers and wishes in the air.
The 20 hot air balloons involved were manufactured by Xiangyang Hongwei Aircraft Co., Ltd. Xiangyang Hongwei Club provided technical service to this event.
