LHASA, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- Losang Jamcan was elected director of the Standing Committee of Tibet Autonomous Regional People's Congress, and Qizhala was elected chairman of Tibet on Sunday.
They were elected at the fifth session of the 10th Tibet Autonomous Regional People's Congress.
