BEIJING, March 16 -- Wang Yang, a senior legislator in northeast China's Liaoning Province, is being investigated on suspicion of "severe violation of discipline," the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection announced on Wednesday.
Wang is deputy head of the Standing Committee of the Liaoning Provincial People's Congress.
