Recently, the list for “National Municipal Gold Cup Demonstration Projects” award of 2015 was released via the official website of China Municipal Engineering Association. Two Xiangyang-based engineering projects were included in the list, namely the East City Loop Road of Comprehensive Improvement Engineering at Xiangfan Avenue (Bridge I Approach Road – South City Loop Road), and the Hanjiang River Bridge III.
As the highest award in China’s municipal engineering construction industry, “National Municipal Gold Cup Demonstration Projects” is organized and selected by China Municipal Engineering Association, which has become an annual event. 99 projects were proposed for this award nationwide in 2015.
