A car driven by a man surnamed Hu hit pedestrians in Fengxin county, eastern China's Jiangxi province, on Tuesday morning, killing three and wounding 15. Most of the victims are students. Hu has been controlled by the local police, according to CCTV News on Jan. 19. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
