According to official microblog of CCTV, a car speeding up in wrong direction on the Guiyang-Huishui expressway was stopped successfully by the traffic policemen after they followed the car for 20 kilometers. The driver suffering from intermittent insanity drove the car before any family member knew a thing about it.

The traffic policemen have revoked the man’s driver's license.
