BEIJING, Aug. 25 -- A Chinese official has confirmed on Tuesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend China's V-Day celebrations on Sept. 3.
A military parade will be held in front of the Tian'anmen Square. Russian troops will take part in the military parade.
