BEIJING, May 26 -- Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Agriculture Minister Han Changfu, will go to Nigeria and attend the inauguration of Nigeria's new president, Muhammadu Buhari, at the invitation of the country's government.
The ceremony will be held on May 29, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying announced Tuesday.
