When it comes to the Two Sessions in China, the international community tends to focus on reform.

2015 is a key year for deeper all-round reform and the last year of the 12th Five-year Plan. Many people are placing great faith in China's reform program. Deeper all-round reform needs to focus not only on domestic issues, but also on international development trends.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has initiated a political concept directed towards a moderately prosperous society, deeper reform, advancing the rule of law, and strictly governing the Communist Party of China. A report by Associated Press noted that China's leader has set goals in keeping with tradition, taking the view that the launch of the "Four Comprehensives" sets a clear direction for reform.

The world describes China's reform as "exceeding expectations". Reform measures were frequent and wide-ranging in 2014. More than 80 significant reform targets initiated by The Central Reform Leading Group were largely completed. Relevant departments of the central government realized 108 reform targets and produced 370 reform measures.

The international community directs its attention to reforms such as streamlining administration, decentralizing authority, limiting the salaries of leaders of state-owned enterprises, and pension system reform in urban and rural areas. China is also actively engaged in medical reform, a difficulty faced by many countries all around the world.

Robert Zoellick, former President of the World Bank, has said that Singapore, ASEAN, Europe and America are all relying to a greater or lesser extent on succesful reform in China. Reform messages from the Two Sessions could represent a positive sign of win-win cooperation to the rest of the world.
