In 2014, Xi'an High-tech Zone received a total of 47 national and provincial awards for the scientific and technological achievements, which include one first and one second prize of national technology invention, two second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award; seven first prizes, nine second prizes and nine third prizes of Science and Technology Award of Shaanxi Province; two first prizes, six second prizes and nine third prizes of Science and Technology Award of Xi'an city.

Xi'an Hi-tech Zone also won four awards of innovation team and eight awards of innovation entrepreneur .
