NANCHANG, March 2 -- All four miners trapped underground by a gas explosion in a colliery in east China's Jiangxi Province on Saturday have been confirmed dead.
Rescuers found a fourth body at 6:22 p.m. on Monday in Yongshan coal mine in Leping City, according to the city's mining bureau.
The incident occurred at around 11:57 a.m. on Saturday. Over 800 tonnes of coal had blocked the access shaft.
An investigation into the incident is continuing.
