NEW DELHI, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Indian President Pranab Mukherjee said on Monday that with the visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping to India last September, India has significantly expanded its relations with China.

While addressing the Indian Parliament on the first day of its budget session, Mukherjee said India and its largest neighbor China are now seeking to strengthen their strategic partnership.
