    Xi's special envoy to attend Bolivia's presidential inauguration

    BEIJING, Jan. 16 -- Jiang Daming, a special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping, will attend the inauguration ceremony of Bolivia's President Evo Morales on Jan. 21 and 22.

    Jiang, minister of land and resources, has been invited to the ceremony by Bolivian government, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei told a regular press briefing on Friday.
