BEIJING, Aug. 18 -- Payments for top executives of China's state-owned enterprises (SOEs) are set to be more strictly regulated, according to an official statement on Monday.
President Xi Jinping said that China will standardize income distribution at SOEs so that payments are reasonable, structured, and efficiently supervised.
Excessively high payments and bonuses will be regulated, according to the statement.
