CHENGDU, May 15 (Xinhua) -- A number of local residents in the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze in Sichuan Province can now send and receive express parcels within their villages thanks to the improved logistics network. Local authorities are building logistics sites in the counties of Luding, Danba and Garze.
