Beijing is taking measures to reduce traffic during the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation on Sunday and Monday, including the use of local government vehicles and urging Party, government and State-owned enterprise (SOE) employees to avoid driving their vehicles. The use of all Beijing government vehicles, except those used for emergencies or for "extremely necessary" trips, will be suspended on Sunday and Monday.
